Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from the Elexa AI Playbooks platform ("Platform") operated by Elexa AI Technologies LLC ("Elexa", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Products

Elexa Playbooks are digital, written educational guides ("Playbooks"). Each Playbook is a standalone product covering the end-to-end development of a specific type of application. Playbooks are delivered digitally through your account dashboard immediately after purchase.

3. Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts are for individual use. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Licence

Upon purchasing a Playbook, Elexa grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the content for your own learning and development work. This licence does not permit you to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any Playbook content.
• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of a Playbook in any format.
• Use the content to create a competing educational product.
• Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices.

The code examples within Playbooks may be used as the basis for your own personal or commercial projects.

5. Payments

• All prices are displayed in INR, USD, or AED as applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Access to purchased Playbooks is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Content Accuracy

We take care to ensure Playbook content is accurate and up-to-date. However, software dependencies, APIs, and best practices change over time. Elexa is not liable for issues arising from using outdated code against newer versions of third-party tools.

8. Intellectual Property

All Playbook content, including text, diagrams, and code explanations, is the intellectual property of Elexa AI Technologies LLC and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in civil and criminal penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elexa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any Playbook. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Playbook.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
